New Patient Information 


The clinic is on the first floor in Unit 1, Spiersbridge Way.  The building is called
Spiersbridge House and is the building to the left of the roundabout as you enter
the business park. When you arrive, please go to the first floor, ring the bell on the
stand and take a seat (there is a lift if you require one).
Your physiotherapist will come and get you from there.

If you are new to the clinic, you should have filled in an online New Patient
Information form and consents prior to your arrival, but if you haven’t
managed to do that, it will be done at the start of your session. (You will
have received an email link to the form when you made your appointment.)

If you have flu-like symptoms, we ask you to please cancel your appointment.

During Your Appointment

The Physiotherapist will chat with you about what’s going on and then fully
assess you. They will then advise you what the diagnosis is and what
treatment is best. You will be given some treatment, advise and exercises
to enhance your recovery.

Additional Information
  • We sanitise surfaces in the treatment room in between patients
  • We wipe all machinery after use
  • Clothing – Patients are asked to bring shorts for lower back and
    lower limb problems and a sun top/vest for upper back, neck and
    upper limb problems.
  • Toilet facilities are available on both floors in the building.
  • Cancellation/ Non-attendance of appointment - If you are unable to
    attend, please advise immediately. Late cancellations and appointments missed without 24
    hours’ notice may incur a fee.

Private Insurances – The clinic is registered with some insurances – , Bupa, WPA, Cigna,
Allianze Care, Simply Health, Healthshield, Aviva (V Forgie only)- please check when you
are making your appointment and get the required authorisation before attending.
