Payment

Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card or bank transfer at the end of each session unless through an insurance company, when the company will be invoiced directly.

Private Insurances - The clinic is registered with a few insurances but the balance of each appointment after insurance cover, must be met by the patient concerned.  If there is an excess to pay, you will be required to pay for your treatment, until your excess has been reached.

Cancellation / Non-attendance of appointment - If you are unable to attend, please advise immediately.  Late cancellations and appointments missed without 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
